Prepare the Package

Place the original items with all tags attached into their original packaging and secure the box or mailer firmly.

Attach the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
